One-question tools. Enter HTS, origin, destination, date, and currency — receive an estimate-ready answer with source evidence. No signup required for free use.

Section 2 · Track

Track U.S. tariff measures

Chronological views of active, upcoming, and historical measures from canonical Section 301, FYR escalation, forced labor, MPF, and HMF programs. All measures carry their own `rateExpression` and effective range — no second tariff truth in prose.

Section 3 · Monitor

Workspace and paid features require sign-in. See Pricing for credit allowances and current plan tiers.

Section 4 · Prepare

Prepare customs document drafts

Use the Customs Document Pack to draft Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Packing List, CN22, and CN23 from one shipment draft with cross-document consistency checks. The four individual generators remain available for standalone use.

Section 5 · Integrate

Integrate tariff data into your own systems

TariffCatalog exposes the same canonical data behind the public site through free public endpoints and Business-API endpoints for teams and high-volume sellers.

API key self-service is currently deferred pending schema approval. Business API access is available through the current authenticated Business integration contract. Use Contact for access.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Tariff Intelligence?

Tariff Intelligence is the umbrella for TariffCatalog's customs-data workflow that combines Check, Track, Monitor, Prepare, and Integrate capabilities. It does not promise real-time global tariffs, 100% accuracy, or binding classifications. Every estimate must be verified against official HTS, USTR, and CBP sources before filing.

Is the data real-time?

TariffCatalog refreshes its canonical datasets on a documented schedule, not in real time. The Data Update Policy describes how often each dataset is refreshed and how the change feed publishes updates.

Does Tariff Intelligence replace a customs broker?

No. TariffCatalog provides preparation, estimation, document drafts, and monitoring. Final classifications, duty treatment, and filing decisions remain with the importer, broker, CBP, or destination customs authority.

Can I get an API key?

Public endpoints (HTS search, tariff changes, coverage) are free and require no key. Business endpoints (Catalog Impact, Batch Resolver, Embed) are accessible through the current authenticated Business integration contract. Self-service API key issuance is currently deferred pending schema approval.

What countries does it cover?

The canonical Resolver covers U.S. customs treatment with associated Section 301, FYR escalation, forced-labor, MPF, and HMF programs. EU TARIC, UK Trade Tariff, and other national extensions are out of scope. Country-pair route calculators are available as reference inputs but do not extend canonical coverage.
