Canonical tariff data within coverage boundary

TariffCatalog maintains a canonical tariff measure database for the United States within its documented coverage boundary. The database includes USITC HTS Chapter 99 additional tariffs (Sections 301, 232, and trade-remedy measures), MPF, HMF, and de minimis thresholds. Rates are sourced from official publications and updated when new revisions are issued. Coverage outside the documented boundary is not maintained.

Auto resolve and manual verification

Within the coverage boundary, the connected calculator resolves duty rate, additional tariffs, MPF, and HMF from the canonical measure database using the TariffResolver. When inputs fall outside the coverage boundary, the calculator returns editable fields and prompts for source-check required review. Users should verify all rates against the relevant official tariff authority before filing.
